What a fantastic little place to get all your riding stuff. I ordered the most incredible winter breeches and they are keeping me so warm in these temperatures of -3 and below! I may need another pair. I have also bought stock shirts and stocks. Everything is of excellent quality and arrives promptly. Anything not right can be switched. Best of all, Richard is always on hand to help - he is most accommodating and so kind and super to deal with. His advice has been invaluable. Thank you :)

GREAT SERVICE AND PRODUCTS

I have purchase goods from Richard and Jill from the Hunting Stockmarket for over 15 years and was satisfied until my last purchase of 3 men’s shirts. When my delivery arrived it contained 3 ladies shirts. Ok orders get mixed up. No big deal or so I thought! After several emails I finally received a response albeit brief and then received 1 men’s shirt via the post. When I queried this, once again no response, after 2 emails I was offered a full refund if I returned all the items unopened at my cost. Well I had opened the items, this is how I discovered I had received the wrong shirts. Once again I emailed Richard and Jill and offered as I had previously to return the 3 ladies shirts if they sent me the remaining items in my order. I received a curt response saying “ Apologies that our service has been disappointing “ however return all items at your cost. From Australia this is an expensive exercise however I have returned the relevant items at my cost and will write of the money and experience as a total loss. This is not the worst service experience I have ever had but it is in the grand finale. Today I received a response to my review from Jill of THSM. Jill says she is sorry for the poor service and if I return the goods sent in error at my cost she will refund my money. What a great sport. Jill I have returned the goods at my cost. I'm very pleased with the items that I ordered - they arrived quickly and communications from the team was very good. Most importantly the quality of the kit is excellent. I will most certainly use them again next season.
