Easy to get an appointment. Optician seemed thorough and listened to me about my concerns and explained options. New glasses arrived extremely quickly and live up to expectations.

Lovely location and beautiful building, relaxed atmosphere. Great staff, knowledgeable, attentive, easy to talk to - eye examination was exactly as I'd expected. This was the first time I'd visited this store since my records were moved from the Winchester branch, very happy with the experience, for me personally a positive experience, would highly recommend.

I am a customer of Rawlings and have had used their service in both Winchester and Stockbridge. I have found them to be friendly and professional, giving clear advice and a prompt turnaround when ordering new glasses or lenses. I have quite a small face so if there was one thing I would suggest to make their service even better it would be a bigger selection of frames that suit a smaller face.

I found Rawlings Opticians in Stockbridge very warm and welcoming. It was so reassuring to learn that my recent eye worries could be easily resolved. After my hospital treatment l will be back to be reassessed for better glasses. I was so relieved to find a good Opticians, on who l could depend for good eye care.

I have not been to this Opticians before, they were recommended to me by a member of my family. I can only say how lucky I was to have that recommendation. The staff are professional and welcoming. Kate the Optician who treated me was thorough and clear in all explanations of the condition of my eyes. For the future I would not go anywhere else. The customer service is excellent and staff are very kind and patient. The store layout allows a personal service, which is thoughtfully scripted and ND-friendly. Unfortunately product/service prices are excessive and the sales patter around discounts and savings can be very convincing even where the store markup is 100 times the product/service cost. For this reason, I’d recommend that vulnerable people avoid Rawlings - they’ll give you everything you need and take everything you have.
