The Dr who said the pain is all in my head- IT IS NOT!!!
The statins make my Fibromyalgia pain worse and don't agree with me.
Why would I lie about something like this!!!!!!

I genuinely don't like writing reviews
So, life hasn't been easy recently as it never been ( how life is , just stating) so definitely not complaining but sometimes there are dark periods in your life that you ask for help because it gets scary... there are times that you feel the need to trust them as doctors that studied the science for years and years , I mean of course not to expect miracles but to have realistic expectations.... just like how you trust the pilot on that plane to your holiday....
Just be honest tell as many little details as possible , say how you feel !!! Well , in my case there was nothing but absolutely heartbreaking judgemental agendas as if I was ...not once not twice , they say honesty is best policy but believe not with NHS it's vica versa , but sorry NHS I might loose my mind but not my integrity... And we wonder why this system is broken beyond belief...
Only reason I left 2 star , I really enjoyed Dr Baskervilles conduct an amazing human being ...this surgery absolutely don't deserve such a gem....
Anyway... If you are down if you are experiencing those dark days avoid this surgery ....

We successfully sued this practise for breach of patient confidentiality. The reception staff need sacking but the management don't care about the patients.

Dr Mo attended me today in a friendly environment. He discussed in details about my back pain problem and made some excellent suggestions for improvement. I’m happy 😃 with him and the rest of the staff. Excellent services

Excellent service. Staff are friendly and helpful. Have always been able to get an appointment at short notice. Able to book appointments through the NHS App or by phone.

Imagine having exceptional treatment for years, excellent therapy from Amanda Ridgley and being set up with another therapist that specialises in the area you need. Going through all the therapy until you start to feel you may be getting somewhere then you have a 2 minute conservation with a Practice Manager that pushes you back to almost where you began. Sometimes mental illness can be more debilitating than a physical disability. Perhaps more education is needed in this area.

I am immensely thankful to be registered with this practice. The receptionists are skilful at managing copious, and diverse, requests and challenges; the nurses are talented and compassionate; and the doctors are genuinely invested in tailoring their expertise to meet your individual needs, wanting to know you as a person and not just a patient. Thank you all so very much. I couldn't ask for more, except to see you all a little less in 2023!

I am a new patient having transferred recently. I have nothing but praise for the great team that have surpassed everything I expected . Helpful, supportive and simply great. What a change from previous experience. Thank you to all at the practice.

Amazing GP's very understanding and actually listen to your concerns. The reception staff have a lot of patience and are kind and friendly when talking on the phone.
The surgery is currently under strict covid rules and they are safe and as timely as possible.

A busy surgery that serves the local villages well. The doctor we have the surgery is excellent. She always takes her time with us and listens to our concerns. There is sometimes a wait for appointments but that is because the doctors are seeing as many patients as possible and will help the patients get the care they need not rush them out of the door.
